Ashley McBryde is an American country music singer-songwriter. She released her self-titled debut album independently in January 2006. Her second independent album, Elsebound, was released in June 2011. An extended play titled Jalopies & Expensive Guitars was released through Road Life Records in March 2016.

7.5/10。非常纯正的乡村，就是这声太像sugarland 的主唱了，听得我实在太跳接了，哪儿哪儿都不舒服，因为太喜欢sugarland 了，没办法。

McBryde的首张专辑就如同封面一样真实自然不忸怩做作，作为乡村专辑，这里田园风光也没有歌颂乡村美好生活的乌托邦，这里有近乎自传式的明确和尖锐的态度，对社会对阶层对生活，就像American Scandal这首歌唱的。所以听这张专辑的时候我懂了乡村乐在美国无可取代的重要性。

真实、直接、自然。作为加入主流厂牌的第一张专辑就稳稳地确立起了自己的音乐人格，同时力量感十足的vocal也让她能够自由在乡村和摇滚之间穿梭，更增加了自己创作上的发挥空间。是一张听着很爽快的专辑。
