Jeff Lynne is definitely a top-notch songwriter who masters on how to build beautiful melodies. His unique production style brought back the classic feel of ELO with a modern touch in this album. Hopefully he and the crew can expand to a tour worldwide.

我今年听过的又一最motown的blues rock，不知道为什么会说“又”，久别重逢的奇妙意象。另外，有种很奇怪的感觉，这张LP总可以把你和The Libertines和Radiohead联系起来，我真的不知道为什么。。也许是Jeff Lynne的vocal，也许是这专的主题。总之，4星半。
