B(82). I think it does not deserve the hype all the way. Start and end are great, I love seeing him digging into Chicago gun violence and connecting us with his lost of a dear friend. But even in those songs, it's other's flow I enjoy. Mid is MEDIOCRE. CTR is not best known for the lyrics either, so not impressed enough.
