"Tamaki Hiroki is often considered as the Japanese Jean-Luc Ponty, however he is known as a composer/player in the classic music scene rather than a Ponty follower. Tamaki tended to like rock music in the middle 1970s. He loved Keith Emerson at that time, and he wanted to make a rock album not a classical one.
