This has been far and ahead my favorite album since I first discovered it back in 2011. One thing though, I'm fairly sure the title of HFS40k is actually a reference to Warhammer 40k, a tabletop game which Dan's known to be a fan of.

I think HFS: 40000 actually references Warhammer:40000 and it's very depressing world. Even the lyrics, to me, reference this...

Wasn't Antiochus a fictional character/myth created specifically for the record? I can't seem to find any info about him or the movement other than this album's booklet.

Yes it is a fictional story. Very well crafted though. Seems real after reading the booklet

Tim Macuga was my friend's english teacher in high school and they ended up getting really close to him. Through this, they were able to convince Have A Nice Life to play a show at their house last year.
