numb in a wakefulness night

Yesterday, i lost my sleep in this song's beats.
Pink Floyd, i know this name until today, but they are not strange. Because of their other song, "Another brick in the wall", when the prelude sang, i realize that i had knew they so much from my college age.
It was a crazy and mixed time in my life. Music,Dance,Movies,Games,Girls,Friends,Whisky and tobaccos, they were so colorful and chaotic. I don't remember when they began but i know they all ended when i left the campus. I was like this and you were too.
What is the means of Pink Floyd to me? Just a symbol and a memory point in my youth, just like The Doors, Shepherd, Radiohead ...
It is not important if you know what is the lyric or what does they what to express, we just need to know it is not the mainstream, it represent the time and the heart we pursued the different things.
It is our history or just my history.
The time is not far but it is so far.
Pink Floyd, they songs will never change, but we had got old...
