网上躺在沙发上刷新闻，全都是Trump和Clinton的，突然看见蹦出来的一条：It is with profound sorrow we report that legendary poet, songwriter and artist, Leonard Cohen has passed away.
We have lost one of music’s most revered and prolific visionaries.

我整个人都呆住了 ，怎么可能！？上个月刚出了专辑，在NPR做访谈的时候还笑着说 "I intend to live forever." 怎么可能就这样突然离去！？

我是后知后觉地喜欢上他的。True Detective第二季出来的时候，被主题曲迷住了，把他的专辑翻出来听了个遍，这几天还在反复听You Want It Darker。一直期望去听一场他的演唱会，还等着他拿下一个诺贝尔文学奖，唉，都实现不了了。

他的儿子写到：
"My father passed away peacefully at his home in Los Angeles with the knowledge that he had completed what he felt was one of his greatest records. He was writing up until his last moments with his unique brand of humor."
