因为别人对自己的赞美才开始听billy joel的，即使念研究生时的胖丫头室友为billy joel发癫痴狂也没能让我有冲动点击他的播放键。但是两年后a突然说, “you've got a way about you," 说有一首歌的歌词唱道“she's got a way about her, i don't know what it is." 就在纽约的老旧唐人街的粥之家，吃着平淡可口的家乡菜，我问那歌词后面还说了什么，a停顿了一下，说他不记得了。
不久我们就不再联系了，那模糊的一层膜变成了薄薄的冰。我坐在自己的书桌前google了“she's got a way," 才恍然大悟是billy joel的词，一切突然都能解释了，然而又越发无法解释了。
