分享一些CD歌词集里的东西
听CD就像看纸质书一样，有电子设备无法取代的感觉。小时候喜欢买磁带，总要拿着歌词一边听一边看，当然也学着唱，这个过程中会慢慢看歌词，把文字在脑子里面图像化，形成自己的MV(尤其是叙事歌）。会唱以后就不需要歌词了，所以好多那时候学会唱的歌，现在都还能把歌词记得非常清楚。在市图书馆借的CD，本来是要找Blur的，结果在B区翻了好久才找到一张，继续胡乱搜索，看到Lennon的CD被单独摆放而不是和L区的其他CD一起，因为这张专辑里还有oh my love就果断拿下了。果然没有让我失望。或许应该给五星，但是最好应该出现在对比之后，因为暂时只听过一张完整专辑，所以评价偏保守。
楼主之前买的CD（其实不到十本，穷逼一个）里的歌词集基本是图片加歌词，不太见有介绍歌曲制作的经过或者故事的。而这本CD的歌词集里还有一些可以帮助听众更好地理解歌曲的文字，今天比较闲就慢慢敲键盘了。英文水平差，所以有些句子就不翻译直接放原文了，也欢迎大家把我敲的英文原文翻成中文供一些没过英语四六级的筒子们看哈

Imagine的基调（原文是Keynote）是从Yoko的作品里出来的，早在这首歌之前，她的一个叫Grapefruit（听起来酸酸的样子←。←）的诗集里，每个piece（我不是故意甩英语，因为不晓得中文用哪个合适，谷歌给的翻译有片，篇，瓣，块，你们自行套一个好了。。。）都是用imagine开头的，专辑背面引用了她63年一个叫Cloud Piece的一句：imagine the clouds dripping, dig a hole in your garden to put them in（花园还要挖洞，家里没有花园的穷逼直接用脸盆或者桶岂不是更方便省事）.
封面是Yoko拍的，further shows John in a dreamer's role,literally with “head in the clouds”(嗯，头在云里就是梦想家了，那John绝对不是一个人，我高中上物理课的时候也总是听得云里雾里的←。←）不管是在精神世界还是实际问题上，我们在达到目标之前都应该把目标视觉化。It's a theme to which Lennon returned frequently, and the hymn-like simplicity of its setting reflects his basic faith - our collective imaginations are a force for good.
在歌词册里还有一个比较“接地气”的照片，John和一只猪摔跤，是要讽刺Paul McCartney同年专辑Ram的封面（Paul的专辑封面是抓着羊角的田园风照片）。相对于“Imagine”的慷慨仁慈，“How Do You Sleep"其实比较心胸狭窄，后来John自己也说之前对音乐伙伴的攻击，其实也是对自己的攻击（原文：John would later say that the attack on his former musical parter was, in fact, as much an assault upon himself. 所以力的作用是相互的？）
“Gimme Some Truth"是理想主义者对政治世界的不耐烦。“Cripple Inside"是一种自我斥责，Its knockabout honky-tonk contrast with Lennon's previous album,Plastic Ono Band,thouth the lyric shares a "primal scream" acuteness(这句又不知道怎么翻译了ORZ)."Jealous Guy"， another unflinching look into the writer's own sense of failure, is spun into a different realm by its ethereal melody.
Emotional range is central to this recourd's enduring appeal, with light and shade at every turn. From tough, grinding rockers like "It's So Hard" and "I Don't Wanna Be A Soldier Mama", we are sent to the solace of "Oh My Love" or the confessional vulnerability of "How?" 最后以轻快的“Oh Yoko!"结尾，这大概是John录音时最快乐的事情。
