刚听到时总觉得这是首love song，后来研究下了歌词才发现完全不是那么回事。
songmeanings.net 上也没有完整的解释，就贴这里了。
整首歌第一段听上去很舒服，非常放松，直到第一个小调和弦引出第二段，管乐器铺在后面，钢琴敲得越来越响，越来越ominous；
第三段三大件加入，动态一下子出来了，就像是2＋2＝5最后那段。
事实上，The Daily Mail的歌词也和2＋2＝5异曲同工。

直译过来就是，
“月亮在山顶升起，疯子们接管了精神病院，一边等待着狂欢，一边唱着：

这一系列的意象大概来自Pink Floyd的月背——The lunatic is on the grass…
Roger Waters后来解释说，并非是因为疯子无视了"Please keep off the grass"的告示，而是禁止人们走进美丽草地的世界本身已经心智不全。[2]
所以，asylum在这里可以解释成world, society etc.，
而keep your prices down很容易就明白lunatic指代的就是，government。

第三段，歌词从这里开始换成了公众的视角
人们开始质问government，truth为什么被404了，欺骗有什么用？
我们已经在失物招领处外面游荡，显然公众已经意识到什么东西迷失了，现在要重新拿回来
相反，你（government）还蒙在鼓里。
