最喜欢的Celine专辑~~~~
这是Celine个人的第三张英文专辑，也是她的众多英文专辑中，我最喜欢的。
整个专辑弥漫着复古华丽的爱恋气息，Celine的演唱一向很有画面感，我经常通过她的歌声想象歌曲背后的故事以及场景。
这张专辑制作之时，Celine与Rene的感情也趋于稳定，所以在最后的致谢辞中，Celine深情表白道：Rene, you are the color of my love.
Think twice 是Celine 的第一首英国排行榜冠军单曲，也是专辑中我最喜欢的歌曲， 堪与it's all coming back to me相媲美。Celine最适合演绎这类感情大起大浮，爆发力极强的作品。It's all coming back to me 据说灵感来自《呼啸山庄》，MV极具哥特风格：蜡烛，城堡，白衣女子等必要哥特元素一应俱全，其中有一个镜头，是Celine急奔过城堡的几扇大门，然后城堡突然亮如白昼，据说这个场景拍摄布置颇费物力人力，成为了当时“最昂贵的MV镜头”……think twice的演绎也很有戏剧性，尤其是高潮的部分: look back before you leave my life, be sure before you close that door, before you roll the dice, baby think twice.真是是听者闻之犹戚戚。
此外专辑还收入了《西雅图未眠夜》中的插曲when I fall in love, 一听那个悠扬的前奏和醉人的男声，啊~~我就陶醉了……
此外，还有简单直白的love doesn't ask why, 歌词写得太好了：love doesn't ask why, it speaks from the heart, and never explains. Don't you know that love doesn't think twice, it can come all at once,or whisper from a distance. 这首歌的编曲极其悦耳，整个春节，我就是在哼唱think twice和love doesn't ask why中度过的……
I remember LA则是专辑中的凄苦情歌代表，和这首歌并列前三甲的苦情歌还有：think twice和just walk away……，每一首都很苦……比如I remember LA的歌词，采用了语文老师们最喜欢的对比式写法：先说，there were days in the sun,that have stayed forever young, 接着又说，I watch you plane out of sight, love was over, time to close the book,still I go back for one last look...要不要这么惨啊……当然，歌曲本身是很好听的。
最后说一下the color of my love, 这首歌是专辑的点睛之作，爱恋中的少女描绘心中恋人的形象，歌词极其美好，每次歌曲晶莹的前奏响起，我就想到一部电影：星月童话。而这首歌曲也和专辑的封面相呼应：Celine的封面造型，分明就是一个油画的模特。

Celine一直被我看作欧美歌坛的标志性嗓音，就是：我毫无道理地觉得，欧美实力派唱将的声音，就该是Celine般的声音。这是个很奇怪的逻辑，足以可见我有多么地热爱Celine的声音。
就像Emma Thompson驼背阿姨在love actually谈到Joni Mitchell的那样：I love her. And true love lasts a lifetime. 当然，Celine的法语专辑比英文专辑更要好听，她的演唱会专辑又比录音棚专辑好听，我最喜欢她那首叫destin的法语歌现场版，大年初一一大早就听，真是听了就开心，虽然我也不知道那些歌词说的是什么~~~~~
