1994年年轻的美国歌手Jeff Buckley在听到John Cale翻唱的版本后，决定用一把电吉他演唱这首歌曲。一口气在录音室了录了二十多遍后，但是没有一遍让Jeff Buckley觉得完全满意的。最后由制作人Andy Wallace挑出每个版本中最精彩的部分，混音制作而成，得到今天我们听到的这个版本。
