如果我问你六十年代的摇滚乐坛是属于谁的，你可能会给我很多答案，比如说The Velvet Underground（地下丝绒），比如说Bob Dylan（鲍勃迪伦），也许你会觉得那个时候正当年的Leonard Cohen（莱昂纳德 科恩）才是属于那个时代的新星，或者你我都会认为那个时代其实是Andy Warhol的。

其实这些答案都没错，但是无论是这些人里面的哪位，都离不开今天我们提到的这个女人：Nico。

Nico出生在二战时的德国，幼年丧父。在不到二十岁的时候开始自己的模特生涯，马上在平面媒体上成为一颗璀璨的新星，后来她参演了几部电影，也获得了不错的成绩，到美国发展以后，由Jimmy Page（Led Zeppelin的吉他手）作为制作人发行了自己的第一张专辑。在这之后，她还和阿兰德龙有过一段罗曼史并生了一个儿子。Nico的一生注定不平静，在这之后，她遇到了那个年代最不平静的人——Andy Warhol，并且她告诉他，她要唱歌。

然后，The Velvet Underground的名字前有了前缀，改名为Nico&The Velvet Underground。再然后，Lou Reed和John Cale为了她争风吃醋，而Lou Reed也为Nico写下了那首著名的情歌《I’ll Be Your Mirror》，也埋下了The Velvet Underground最后不欢而散的种子。

如果你仔细的研究一下Nico的唱片和故事，你就会发现有多少人为之倾倒过。Bob Dylan在遇到Nico以后马上为她写了一首好听的情歌《I’ll Keep It With Mine》，而当年年轻的Leonard Cohen更是苦哈哈的写了一首《Chelsea Hotel No.2》来纪念她和Nico的一晚或是两晚的温存，里面有一句歌词现在听起来都很有趣：

You told me again you preferred handsome men（你再次告诉我你只喜欢帅小伙儿）
But for me you would make an exception.（但是对我可以例外）

Leonard Cohen对Nico的感觉就好像对女神一般的崇敬，不知现在已经年逾古稀的Cohen谈起这段旧事会不会脸红呢？

事实是，这位女神在燃烧过她那璀璨的青春后，溘然早逝。1988年，Nico被发现倒在公路旁，虽然立刻被送去医院抢救，可还是没有挽回生命，那年，她50岁。她把一切浪漫和传奇终结在了那一天。20年过去了，有关她的故事还在一代又一代的摇滚乐迷中传诵，而那些关于她的歌，那先当年年轻的小伙子们为之骄傲的作品，在那些年轻小伙子年迈之后，却很少再被唱起。大概是因为年逾花甲的他们，想起过去为一个姑娘争风吃醋的经历，多少有些难以启口吧。

今天，我们就来听听其中的一首Lou Reed写给他的《I’ll Be Your Mirror》，是她在地下丝绒时期的录音。
