Well I mean House music. The Knife has strong and weird synthesizer bassline, electronic drums(like a DIDI-DADA-DODO something), varies effects(basically it's just a lo-fi, maybe lower-fi, you may feel like the vocals are all remixed as falling tones). There are funk and pop samples(i can hear a sample sounds like Bjork!!)

After all pls dont tag them as simply a Goldfrapp-like or Air-like band. It's quite different.
