Brideshead Revisited 故园风雨后 Bring me back to that summer that you came to Brideshead. The teddy bear I took back from Oxford, the river under the old oak tree, the sparrow in my hand, the portrait of me sitting cross-legged in front of the fountain and the two glasses of champagne reflecting the sunlight... I lit cigarettes only for the desire of letting you taste the temperature of my lips. And I hoped the river which revealed our reflection was able to reveal my heart. But I was glad I eventually offered my kiss after having bottles of champagne even I had known it might be the first and the last kiss. If it only could be like this always.Always summer. The summers in Italy were longer, but not always.
