Insecurity Behind the Sham Courage

Unlike the other girl busbee produced,Carly's voice and the singing skill are very average.On this album,some points she oversang and some points she undersang,I don't think she is a talented musician but that does not mean this album is totally hopeless.

With good songwriter,Hide the Wine and I Need a Ride Home are above average,and what's great is the album has surrounded with one topic,a insecure girl in love.I said I didn't care but I did.From being afraid of falling in Love(Hide the Wine),insisting on nonchalance(Care Less),to others point of view(Everybody Gonna Talk),we can feel this girl's attitude toward love,that's just very insecure.I'm sure many girls can relate,this is the good side.

But with less well written songs and no vocal to fix,this last half of this album is beyond horrible.

The title track can count as a victory,the true emotion and smooth lyrics can really touch peple.

This is a not bad album as a debut album,hoping she can go further.
