繼續MTM
我連續聽了兩三天的MTM，越聽越好聽，越聽越有味道。[dear mike, sorry. i just cant help listening again and again. it's soooooooooooo great! and i promise u that i will absolutely buy this album as well!!!]
昨天我還在跟魚說我很慶幸四年后才聽到這張碟，[恩，插個話，是四年，我以前一直以為m是02年出的，所以我總說等了五年，其實m是03年出的]，因為四年后我不再是以前的那個lp飯了，四年中自己對于音樂的看法變了許多，幾乎是毫無限制地聽歌，接受任何好聽的歌。如果不是四年后聽到MTM，說不定我也會像廣大lp飯一樣會失望，會許愿這流出來的MTM是假的，或許就這樣錯失了一張好碟。現在的我真的很喜歡這張MTM，雖然跟以前的風格不太一樣，聽不到Mike的很多rap，但是我還是很喜歡這樣的一張專輯，說不出什么專業術語，就是覺得好聽嘛。這張專輯讓我覺得LP貌似已經不是一般的樂隊了，就像是上了一個等級的感覺。
以下是Mike和Joe說的：
Mike:"Yeah, as we were writing the record we knew going into it that this would be a challenge for people. This is not the same kind of record. If you're expecting Hybrid Theory Part 3, I'm sorry. You're going to have to buy another copy of Hybrid Theory or some other band that's trying to do that style because we're not going to do it for ya."

Joe: "I did a lot of scratching that Mike and Brad muted out. But aside from that, on this album, everyone in the band was working on everything. We weren't limited to our respected instruments. Every song on the album had a different approach to how it was written. One of the main focuses for me was to nail sounds down by re-amping, resampling, and pushing the dynamic of range with the sounds."
Mike response: "Actually, I wasn't in the practice of muting any of Joe's scratches. I don't know who did it, but I was working full-time on vocals at that point, so don't blame me, Mr. Hahn =) Maybe we'll have to put the detectives out on this one. But I did mute his singing vocals, because those simply sucked huevos."
LPCC上有些人說LP這張專輯一出或許會失去一些nu-metal fans但也會擁有更多pop fans，呃，我只能說，我因為這張碟更喜歡他們了，不管是什么fans，都是fans嘛- -，抱歉我對音樂分類真的是毫無概念，這東東太麻煩，忽略忽略。
最后說說我現在聽的這首歌Hands Held High，在聽到這張專輯的前幾天，我的腦海里就一直有一種旋律，聽到3h之后我覺得這跟我想的那旋律太像了!!!這根本就是我一直都很喜歡的那種feel!!!
在看到歌詞尤其是最后兩句歌詞時，我淚飄，那兩句歌詞是這樣的，With hands held high into the skies above, the ocean opens up to swallow you. 看著這歌詞，想著那個畫面，那真是“無以復加的絕望”，心中也不禁在想：“Mike你就是王道!!!!!!!!!!!”雖然我不知道這是否真的是他寫的詞，但個人感覺就是這樣，Mike我絕對是你死硬的迷，你絕對是王道中的王道中的王道!!!絕對!!!Absolutely!!!
Kain說下一張或許就在2012年發行，5年吶，這會是真的么?
不管現在有多喜歡他們我還是不能確定5年后我還會這樣喜歡他們，未來的確是未知數。
總之呢，當下我們就好好enjoy這張MTM吧，以后么，我相信LP還是會給我們驚喜的。
