这是IQ在2009年发布的专辑，相较而言对比他们后来并不那么重，更称得上是一种他们典型的交响氛围前卫风格，温暖大气丰富的键盘层与梦幻的合成器是其特点，封面和标题评率很好地展现了这张专辑是大气而轻盈的。Peter Nicholls的人声是不错的。但总体而言，这张专辑与70年代的一些经典交响专辑（特别是genesis）相比，没有什么太大的新意。尤其是345这三首歌在我看来有些无趣，而最长的The Province像是许多元素的拼贴，但都没有给人留下深刻印象。当中最好的歌曲是Life Support和Closer，前者具有梦幻的solo秀，后者是一个小清新般的结尾，但相当受用，听起来悦耳舒适。开场曲Frequency也值得称道，这三首是经典。
