Some time has gone by since then and when I now listen to the whole album I have to say that Stabb rocks. If you´re looking for something different, this is it. Take my word for it! Belinda, the singer, has a voice that makes me think of the evil witch in Snow White. She growls and screams like she´s in major pain, but somehow it fits the music perfectly. First track out is "Oh tag along" and it´s one of my favorite tracks on this album. Nice melody, but still heavy. On and off through the album I think of Nirvana and Hole mixed with Tomahawk but all of it on steroids. There´s some really heavy riffs, but also tons of melodic parts and I really like when Belinda calms down a bit, for instance in the beautiful "To the bitter end". All of a sudden she sounds fragile and really brings a sadness to the song. "Stepping off the corner" starts out just like Mötley Crüe´s "Red hot" with its drum intro and then they just rip it. Stabb´s sound really differs from a lot of the music coming out today. So if you´re fed up with all the crap the labels are signing these days, Stabb is the cure. You will never be the same again, I promise!
