The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band, like many others of the time, make up a photograph of how music through Psychedelia had evolved from the time of Buddy Holly and would evolve through this movement. The band, also like many other of the time, remain sadly forgotten and underappreciated, and worse, unheard.
The album is a product of it's time and is very simple and not too layered of cluttered. The album tries to find an identity but it's very hard to pick only 1 category for it. It's some parts Beatles, some Parts Syd Barret, and a variety of others. It also has a very West Coast Los Angeles sound.
The album isn't perfect and suffers from the fact that it sounds more like impersonations of other bands than rather trying to make it's own name of identity.
Score: 74/100.
Notables Songs: Shifting Sands, I Won't Hurt You, Transparent Day, and If You Want This Love.
Best Song: I Won't Hurt You
