此文剧透，慎入
开篇就是急速的（对比于朋克急速，对比于鞭金慢速）提琴加打击乐，并且只有提琴和打击乐，是打击乐，不是爵士鼓。对于这种简单组合造出来的声响丰富且感情丰富的音乐一直没什么抵抗力。在此顺便夸奖下上海的the pairs，法国鼓和中国吉他的组合，一样的给力。 录音效果很纯正，让我直接链接到略微空旷的那种地下室背景，...(0回应)
开篇就是急速的（对比于朋克急速，对比于鞭金慢速）提琴加打击乐，并且只有提琴和打击乐，是打击乐，不是爵士鼓。对于这种简单组合造出来的声响丰富且感情丰富的音乐一直没什么抵抗力。在此顺便夸奖下上海的the pairs，法国鼓和中国吉他的组合，一样的给力。 录音效果很纯正，让我直接链接到略微空旷的那种地下室背景，然后再理性思考一下脑中浮现录音室的明亮景象。 查了下乐队资料， 1999年成军于加拿大蒙特利尔（最近开始学法语才得知那边人不止会讲英语而已Orz）。Genevieve Heistek 负责提琴部分，Eric Craven 负责打击乐部分，部分乐器自制。三张专辑都是由蒙特利尔独立了厂牌CONSTELLATION发行的。 这两个人也属于闲不下来的类型，同时参加几个乐团，而且刚好他们还一起组了另外一个团Sackville，也签给了constellation 要补充的是constellation看起来很眼熟的原因可能是因为GSBE也是他们的。 另外一首很喜欢的是3,, a different kind of function，开头感觉没什么，有点絮絮叨叨，后面感觉进入回旋，催眠效果良好。 这边先去睡觉了，有新想法再来写。

"Young Mountain" is their formerly self-released masterstroke, a 6-song, 36 minute composition of aural brilliance that has already garnered an obsessed fanbase both in their home state and in underground circles worldwide. In spite of its previous CD-R-only incarnation, Decoy Magazine featured the album at #5 on their "Top 50 Instrumental Albums of 2005," ranking it ahead of SIGUR R'OS, PELICAN, and other successful modern acts. THIS WILL DESTROY YOU has catapulted quickly to the forefront of American instrumental bands in part due to their geographical lineage. In short, they are the natural progression and modern incarnation of all great Southwestern music from many generations past.
