秋天我们去北方麦田，冬天去冰岛安眠。

我想像自己走在你身后，可以安心闭着眼睛，过马路遇到狗，天空灰绿大风大雨都不用颤抖，不用睁开眼睛去面对，只有连轮廓也分不清的世界以及不需要怀疑真实性的你。
那就是仙境。

而我始终觉得，这首歌最妙的地方不在于“若是你留下来”的部分，而是那句突然拔高了音的“I understand”。
你要怎么样，我全都懂得。你爱上别的女人，或者是男人，再或者你厌倦我，或厌倦如此生活，我都能够理解。
但，我不接受，虽然这什么用也没有。你走，我只好停下来。
因为你知道，那句“I understand”的隐藏意，一定会是，我只希望你留下来，哪儿也别去。
