Remember the other day I wrote to you that I like you? Yes, I really mean it-I like you. Being with you, I feel relaxed and happy even doing nothing. I didn’t feel awkwardness in the silence even the first day we knew each other. When I think of why, then I realize that I liked you the first day we met. When you said you were moving out the next day, I felt very upset then happy because you were coming back the same nightJ. Then when you told me you walked to marine beach, I liked you a bit more (I don’t know whyJ); when you said you decided to stay with us in Egmore flat, I liked you a bit more (even though it’s just because of the cheaper rent); when I fell in love with the Metric music, I liked you a bit more(now everytime I listen to Fantasies it will remind me of you); when I heard your voice from the door that night and knew that you didn’t go to Pondicherry without letting me know, I liked you a bit more; when you came to my bed and asked me “what are you going to do tomorrow” and apologized to me, I liked you a bit more; when the next morning you hugged me, I liked you a bit more; when I was having dinner with the guy that I hate, I missed you a lot. When we were watching The Bruges and Yes Man together, I liked you a bit more; when I knew that you keep writing something about your life and thoughts, I liked you a bit more. Now I like you but only by half. You are the main reason why I don’t want to go back home because I wish I could stay longer time with you and fill up the remaining half, but what is the point? No matter how long I stay in C City, we will have to part. Then our lives keep moving on, mine without you, yours without me. It’s better to say good-bye as it’s supposed to be because this is life, right?
PS: The reason why I wrote this to you is because I know that I will definitely regret if I haven’t told you about my true feelings, and though it looks a bit silly (because I have no idea about how you feel about me), I am sure it’s always happy to know there is somebody who likes you, isn’t it?
